             abstract = "Este trabalho prop{\~o}e um novo m{\'e}todo de 
                         suaviza{\c{c}}{\~a}o do gr{\'a}fico de recorr{\^e}ncia. Os 
                         objetivos principais s{\~a}o: capturar as estruturas principais 
                         de gr{\'a}fico de recorr{\^e}ncia e eliminar poss{\'{\i}}veis 
                         ru{\'{\i}}dos que podem ser encontrados na s{\'e}rie temporal, 
                         o que dar{\'a} origem ao novo gr{\'a}fico de recorr{\^e}ncia. 
                         As an{\'a}lises do novo dispositivo s{\~a}o realizadas a partir 
                         da utiliza{\c{c}}{\~a}o de medidas de an{\'a}lise de 
                         quantifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de recorr{\^e}ncia (\emph{RQA - 
                         Recurrence Quantification Analysis}); extra{\'{\i}}das do 
                         gr{\'a}fico de recorr{\^e}ncia, e, em seguida, construir uma 
                         rede complexa, proveniente da matriz de recorr{\^e}ncia. Medidas 
                         dessa rede complexa s{\~a}o utilizadas para caracterizar 
                         propriedades do mapa log{\'{\i}}stico, tais como 
                         per{\'{\i}}odo, jun{\c{c}}{\~a}o de bandas, caoticidade e 
                         intermit{\^e}ncia. ABSTRACT: In this work, the recurrence plot is 
                         analyscd and a new mcthod is proposed in order to smooth its 
                         visualization and transition to a complcx network. The main 
                         purpose to creatc a smoothcr version of the recurrence plot is to 
                         capture macro structures anel eliminate possible noises that 
                         coulel be found in the time series that originatcs thc recurrencc 
                         ploto Thc new recurrcnce plot is measured by the same techniques 
                         that are found on the regular analysis of recurrence plots, i.e. 
                         RQA - Recurrcnce Quantification Analysis. Complex network measures 
                         are also used to further analyze the networks created frorn the 
                         recurrence matrix in such way that by using both mensures the new 
                         method can he uscful to characterize different periodic, chaotic, 
                         banel-merging anel quasi-periodic regimes on any dynamic system.",
